PROYECTO SENA GRADO NOVENO
BESITOS DE CHOCOLATE
OBJETIVOS:
1- Dar a conocer a las personas nuestras capacidades para crear una empresa con sus caracteristicas y obligaciones
2- dar a conocer el producto elavorado
3-mostrar a las personas una receta casera de chocolates facil para su comodidad
JUSTIFICACION:
hemos escojido este producto por que gusta mucho, tanto como a jovenes y adultos . A todos nos gusta el sabor del chocolate y nuestra empresa es agroindustrial
CHOCOLATES
PREPARACION:
en un recipiente con agua se introduce otro recipiente con el chocolate rayado .(baño maria ) .
se derrite el chocolate a temperatura baja y no se deja de mezclar hasta que no quede en grumos .Luego se introduce inmediatamente a los moldes , se lleva al refrigerador y esperar a que endurescan .
Cuando ya este los bombones de chocolate, se envuelven en un papel plastico .
